I just finished my course of Physio and would just like say a huge thank you to Kirsty and for my final appointment to Rita. I have had a very painful knee for some months prior to a referral from my GP, due to their help and guidance with some exercises my knee is a lot more comfortable and I am able to walk further without discomfort after the treatment.
