Dave Kershaw
Physiotherapist, Managing Director
Dave qualified in Physiotherapy at the University of East Anglia in 2001 having already completed a degree in Sports Rehabilitation at the University of Surrey in 1998. He has recently returned to the clinics from his post in the Caribbean where he was Head Physio for West Indies Cricket, a position which allowed him to diagnose, treat and support the rehabilitation of world class players including Chris Gayle, Andre Russell and Shai Hope. Prior to this he held many prestigious positions in the elite sporting arena including Head Physiotherapist for Lancashire County Cricket Club and Oldham Athletic Football Club and Consultant Physiotherapist for Bristol City FC. Dave started his career at the Centre of Sporting Excellence at Bath University working with Commonwealth and Olympic athletes and has also worked for the English Cricket Board. By working in these sporting environments and treating the likes of Andrew “Freddie” Flintoff, James “Jimmy” Anderson and Muttiah Muralitharan, Dave has developed specialist expertise in the treatment and rehabilitation of spinal, shoulder, knee and ankle disorders.
Alongside his training and experience from the world of professional sport, Dave has personal sporting interests and accolades most notably having competed in National swimming competitions, representing Harlequins RFC and running many half and full marathons. He has also completed an Ironman in less than 12 hours which is quite an achievement!
Chris Barry
Practice and Clinical Lead – BSc, MCSP & HCPC Registered
Chris graduated from the University of East London in 2017 with a Degree in Physiotherapy. This was after completing a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Chichester. Immediately after completing his degree in Physiotherapy he started to work as a Rotational Physiotherapist for Berkshire Healthcare NHS Trust, starting on inpatient rehabilitation for 6 months and moving onto MSK outpatients as a Band 6.
Since then Chris has worked both privately and within Nuffield Health sticking to his passion of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy but also helping out within the community and hospital settings during the COVID outbreak. He continues to develop his expertise and knowledge to best help his patients return to full function and achieve their goals. He has a passion for using a wide variety of treatments techniques in order to assist patients through their rehab journey and is constantly keeping up to date with latest research and evidence based Physiotherapy practise.
Chris enjoys volunteering at various sporting events within the UK most notably the World Athletics Championships and the London Marathon, where he has been part of the medical team on race day assisting runners with injuries.
He is a keen sportsman and likes to keep himself fit and active. He was Kick Boxing national champion in 2013, was a finisher in the London Marathon 2022 and regularly plays football. In his spare-time he likes to listen to music, go to live gigs and socialise with family and friends.
Sasha Sadheura

Since qualifying as a Chartered Physiotherapist with a first-class honours degree, Sasha has pursued her passion of working within the Musculoskeletal setting, treating a wide variety of conditions. Sasha is a highly skilled physiotherapist, with an evidence-based clinical approach and tailors her treatments to suit each individual to help them achieve their goals. She is a positive person and is committed to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.
Sasha has a Master of Science degree in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham. This has given her a broad knowledge base and expertise in advanced clinical assessment and diagnosis, as well as hands-on manual therapy skills. Sasha has completed several courses to broaden her skills and further explore the spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions. In addition to this she has developed particular interests in the fields of women’s health and spinal disorders.
Sasha is qualified in acupuncture and finds this a useful tool as part of her treatments and to help with pain management. She is currently training with the APPI to become a Pilates instructor.
In her spare time Sasha enjoys cooking, dancing and keeping active.
Hannah Hyland
BSc, MCSP & HCPC Registered
Hannah is a Physiotherapist with additional training as an Otago Balance and Falls Prevention teacher. She has over 15 years’ experience working as a physiotherapist in the UK and overseas. Her passion is working with movement and injury restoration to achieve functional goals amongst the musculoskeletal, spinal injured, neurological and ageing population.
She teaches a ‘Physio moves’ class which is an inclusive community class for all levels of ability. She utilises skills from her own yoga practice and pregnancy (Birthlight) Yoga Teacher Training as well as physiotherapy techniques to support movement progression in her treatment sessions and the classes.
In her spare time Hannah qualified as yoga and surf Instructor. She loves adventures, cycling, water sports and moving in nature (especially her allotment!)

Thamilarasi
BSc, MCSP & HCPC Registered
Thamilarasi has been practicing physiotherapy since 2006 after graduating from Chennai, India.
She is a committed and caring practitioner who is passionate about providing bespoke therapy plans according to the needs of each patient. She has a friendly approach which puts patients at their ease during the assessment and whilst in her care. Thamilarasi gains an immense satisfaction from seeing the positive impact physiotherapy treatment has on her patients.
As well as physiotherapy, Thamilarasi is a qualified ayurvedic practitioner and is working towards gaining a qualification in nutrition. Thamilarasi loves spending time with her family and cooking delicious vegan food
